Race Day Safety
Safety is our highest priority!

The course will be clearly marked for the 10K Run / 5K Run/Walk. The course will be monitored by both volunteers and staff, and water stations will be available along the route. Strollers, walkers and wheelchairs are welcome!
For your safety and the safety of others, all walkers and runners must be registered for the event. Bibs and a disposable timing chip will be provided to both walkers and runners participating in the 10K Run / 5K Run/Walk and are mandatory for capturing each participant’s times when passing over the finish line. If you are not wearing a bib, or did not receive a disposable timing chip, your times will not be documented.
Emergency services will be on site throughout the entire event.

Packet Pick Up
November 22 at Westfield Mall in Fairfield – Hours (12 p.m. to 8 p.m.),
November 23 at Fleet Feet Sports in Vacaville – Hours ( 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.)
Also on Race Day, Thursday November 24 at Solano Community College – Hours ( 6:30-7:30 am)
