What time does the race start?

The 10K Run starts promptly at 8AM. The 5K Run/Walk starts at 8:20 AM. The kids 1 mile fun run will start at 9:30am.

Yes, if there are available shirts once the race has started you can exchange your shirt. There will be NO exchanges prior to the race!

If you would like to register by writing a check you can register by mail and include a check made payable to Vacarun, LLC click here to download the mail in registration form.

Yes, the person picking up the packet(s) will need the participant’s name when picking up the packet there will be a list of names & bib numbers displayed. That is all that is need.

Yes, absolutely, strollers are welcome and must line up at the back of the start line.

We apologize, due to safety issues and sanitary reasons pets are not allowed.

The timed chip is embedded in your bib & results are posted here

No, 10K is run only.

Yes, we have paramedics, radio operators & police officers patrolling the course. If you need assistance, just ask a volunteers or an officer for help.

Unfortunately there will be no refunds.

The Solano Turkey Trot benefits two non-profit agencies, Meals on Wheels and The Suisun City Salvation Army Kroc Center.

Yes, volunteers still need to pay if they choose to participate in the race. Please let us know if you would like to participate in the race and we will be sure to place you in a volunteer position that will allow you to do both.

No, your child’s registration pays for your child to participate in both events.

Participants who are registered by November 9th will be guaranteed a T-shirt. All other registered participants will receive a shirt on a first come basis.

Vendor fees: FREE for Non-Profits; $150.00 for Businesses. Click here for the vendor application. Vendors are responsible to bring their own tent, table and chairs. Vendors will get VIP parking. Set-up time is between 6:00am – 6:30am. Please contact us if you are interested.

Bib numbers will be available at packet pick-up.

Packet Pick Up –

November 23th at Westfield Mall in Fairfield – Hours (12 p.m. to 8 p.m.),

November 24th at Fleet Feet Sports in Vacaville – Hours ( 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.)

Also on Race Day, Thursday November 25th at Solano Community College- Hours ( 5:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.)
