$250 Course Route Sponsor**

18” x 24” sign along course route at key location with your business name and/or Logo. Also includes mention in thank you ad and on the Solano Turkey Trot website sponsor page.

Vendor Booth Space / Goodie Bag Insert

Showcase your business or product to participants and spectators. Being on site for the event will not only show community support, but you will have the ability to interact directly with potential consumers.

Limited booth space available on a first come, first served basis.

Vendor booth supplied at no cost to any business or organization providing free samples or a giveaway item to event participants (minimum 2,000 units required).

Product Donation

There is no better way to promote your health related product than to provide samples to a health oriented market. Your donation will be valued at retail price, but the total cost value will be provided in sponsorship advertising. All product sponsors must provide enough product for all race participants (2,000 units).

Product / In-kind Sponsor

Companies wishing to participate as a product or in-kind sponsor are considered on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the product and/or services provided, product sponsors can receive exposure via the event ranging from a race-day vendor booth, to logo placement on event brochures, posters and t-shirts. Product sponsors providing food or product samples on event day must be prepared to provide enough items for a minimum of 2,000 people.

* Logo size and placement visibility increases based on sponsorship level; the greater the investment, the greater the exposure for your company.

** Unauthorized signage is not permitted on college premises or on course (course will be monitored and unauthorized signs will be removed prior to race start time (City of Fairfield and Solano County regulations)

Note to Potential Sponsors:

This year’s Solano Turkey Trot attendance is expected to be significantly greater than last year. The expanded expo area with music and fun activities will invite spectators to linger and enjoy the vendor booths before, during, and after the race. This is a great marketing opportunity to capture the health, fitness, and family-minded consumer.
